Event description: Record the event when an interface loop recovered.
Log Message: <interface-id> LBD loop recovered.
<interface-id> VLAN <vlan-id> LBD loop recovered.
Parameters description:
nterface-id: Interface on which loop is detected.
vlan-id: VLAN on which loop is detected.
Event description: Record the event when the number of VLANs that loop back has
occurred exceeds a reserved number.
Log Message: Loop VLAN numbers overflow.
