Description
A linkUp trap signifies that the SNMP entity, acting in
an agent role, has detected that the ifOperStatus
object for one of its communication links left the
down state and transitioned into some other state
(but not into the notPresent state). This other state is
indicated by the included value of ifOperStatus.

(2) if AdminStatus
(3) ifOperStatu

messages exceeds the value of the
'mplsLdpEntityInitSessionThreshold'

the value of the 'mplsLdpPeerPathVectorLimit' for a
specific Entity.
If this notification is sent when the value of
'mplsLdpSessionState' enters the 'operational(5)'
state
This notification is sent when the value of
'mplsLdpSessionState' leaves the 'operational(5)'
