Refitting cable bracket and motor cover

Action
Secure the cabling to the cable bracket with cable
ties, if removed.
Refit the cable bracket with attachment screws,
if removed.
Reconnect the motor cabling and snap the cable
connectors to the cable bracket.
Secure the cabling to the cable bracket with cable
ties.
