Note:
Before the safety function "safety related limited absolute
position" selected, the "safety related homing procedure" has
to be carried out.
Even if an absolute measuring system is used, it is necessary to carry out
the homing procedure for safely determining the "reference position
channel 2". The "reference position channel 2" is determined via
cam/switch at a separate input on channel 2.

Error 8060 on Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive indicates an overcurrent in the power section. To resolve this issue for five machines, follow these steps for each machine:

1. Check the Load and Connections – Verify that the motor and power connections are correct and not causing excessive current draw.
2. Inspect the Power Section – Look for any visible damage or overheating signs in the power section.
3. Restart the System – Power off the drive, wait for the DC bus to discharge below 50V, and restart.
4. Adjust Parameters if Needed – Ensure that the drive’s current limits and motor settings are correctly configured.
5. Replace Faulty Components – If the issue persists, the power section may be defective and require replacement.

Repeat these steps for all five machines to ensure proper operation.
