Rexroth IndraDrive
E2069 Brake torque too low
Cause
Due to storage, brake is covered with oxide layer
- or -
Brake is wetted with oil or grease
Brake is worn (see service life of brake in Project
Planning Manual for motor)
Wiring or control error of brake
(hardware defect on control section)

Supported by Firmware Variant:
When the drive enable was switched off the motor moved during the
automatic brake torque check (can be activated via P-0-0525, Holding
brake control word). The motor holding brake therefore no longer
provides the required holding torque (see also P-0-0547, Test torque
with holding brake applied).
Note:
The result of the brake check is displayed in P-0-0539,
Holding brake status word.
Remedy
If warning occurs when drive enable is switched off, start
"brake check" command in order to abrade brake, if this
setting was made in P-0-0525, Holding brake control
word. Afterwards brake should be able to provide full
torque again
If holding torque still isn't reached after repeated start of
"brake check" command (abrasion cleaning processes
of brake), motor holding brake or entire motor needs to
be replaced
Check wiring and connection of brake (incl. brake relay).
If brake control in controller (e.g. relay) is defective,
entire drive controller or control section has to be
replaced

Questions and answers
Our machine in Rexroth drive installation total 20 nos machine so facing issue shortly 5 drive folty 8060 erro so how to do
Error 8060 on Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive indicates an overcurrent in the power section. To resolve this issue for five machines, follow these steps for each machine:
1. Check the Load and Connections – Verify that the motor and power connections are correct and not causing excessive current draw.
2. Inspect the Power Section – Look for any visible damage or overheating signs in the power section.
3. Restart the System – Power off the drive, wait for the DC bus to discharge below 50V, and restart.
4. Adjust Parameters if Needed – Ensure that the drive’s current limits and motor settings are correctly configured.
5. Replace Faulty Components – If the issue persists, the power section may be defective and require replacement.
Repeat these steps for all five machines to ensure proper operation.

What is solution of 2110 fault in rexroth drive
The solution for the F2110 fault in Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive is:
1. If the failure occurs sporadically (firmware error), clear the error and contact the service department for a firmware update.
2. If the error occurs repeatedly, it indicates defective hardware. In this case, the control section or the entire device must be replaced.
3. Only Rexroth service engineers or specially trained users are allowed to replace the control section.
4. The procedure for replacing the entire drive controller is described in the Project Planning Manual for the power section.

The engine moves in manual mode but does not work in automatic mode. The error code is E2074. What should I do?
Error code F2074 indicates a defective motor encoder. To resolve this issue:
1. Check the position data reference – If the position data reference is incorrect, the encoder is defective.
2. Replace the motor or motor encoder – A faulty encoder can prevent movement in automatic mode.
3. Send the motor to the manufacturer’s service department for inspection.
If the issue persists, consult the service department for further assistance.

@Aleksand C0209incorrect encoder configuration error on drive controller display, red light fickering on drive comms port,
Please help me with the problem of the VM F2802 and E2810 errors on the Rexroth Indradrive M
The VM F2802 error on the Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive M indicates that the Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) is not synchronized.
The E2810 error means that the drive system is not ready for operation. This occurs when one or more drives in a system (connected via DC bus and module bus) signal an error, preventing the supply from being ready for power output. To resolve it, identify the drives signaling an error and remove the cause, or ensure all drives are in communication phase 4.
