LSA Control S.L. www.lsa-control.com comercial@lsa-control.com (+34) 960 62 43 01
Supported by Firmware Variant:
The drive is shut down with velocity command value reset.
The drive automatically switches to safety related standstill and the output
stage is switched off via two channels.
As soon as the axis has stopped the safety door can be opened.
Cause:
In safety function "special mode motion", axis was moved in different
direction than the one parameterized in
• P-0-3240, Control word for safety related motion 1 or
• P-0-3250, Control word for safety related motion 2 or
• P-0-3260, Control word for safety related motion 3 or
• P-0-3270, Control word for safety related motion 4
Motion in incorrect direction was carried out with velocity greater than

safety related direction of motion.
Parameterization of P-0-3232, Monitoring window for safety related
direction of motion possibly not useful.
Remedy:
If necessary, change parameterization of P-0-3232, Monitoring window
for safety related direction of motion in useful way.
Start command S-0-0099, C0500 Reset class 1 diagnostics in order to
clear error and then set drive enable again.

Error 8060 on Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive indicates an overcurrent in the power section. To resolve this issue for five machines, follow these steps for each machine:

1. Check the Load and Connections – Verify that the motor and power connections are correct and not causing excessive current draw.
2. Inspect the Power Section – Look for any visible damage or overheating signs in the power section.
3. Restart the System – Power off the drive, wait for the DC bus to discharge below 50V, and restart.
4. Adjust Parameters if Needed – Ensure that the drive’s current limits and motor settings are correctly configured.
5. Replace Faulty Components – If the issue persists, the power section may be defective and require replacement.

Repeat these steps for all five machines to ensure proper operation.
