F4009 Bus failure

Cause
Master does not exchange any cyclic data
Field bus cable not correctly connected
Bad transmission performance
Field bus: bus connection interrupted/blocked longer
than watchdog time

F4012 Incorrect I/O length

Cause
Different length for input data or output data than
drive expects in P-0-4071, Field bus: length of
cyclic command value data channel and
P-0-4082, Field bus: length of cyclic actual value
data channel was configured in master

Supported by Firmware Variant:
Communication via the field bus has failed. After the field bus had been
initialized and put into operation, the field bus watchdog reacted, i.e. not
telegram was received within the monitoring time stored in P-0-4075,
Field bus: watchdog.
Remedy
Check master status
Check connection of field bus cable
Check terminating resistors
Check watchdog time parameterized in P-0-4075, Field
bus: watchdog and field bus connector, as well as
cable connection

Remedy
- Check parameter set in drive
