3.3.1 2-0* DC brakes
Parameter group for configuring the DC brake and DC hold
functions.
2-00 DC Hold Current
Range: Function:

The maximum value depends
on the rated motor current.
Avoid 100% current for too
long. It may damage the
motor.
In VVC
values (<20%) of DC hold may
result in wrong currents with
larger motor sizes (>90 kW)
and should be avoided. In
cases when low DC hold
currents with larger motors is
required, select Flux control
core to ensure the right
currents.
