[Channel %1: ] Block %2 analog input no. %3 not activated
Parameters:
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
%3 = Input number
Definitions:
An attempt has been made by means of the system variable $A_INA[n] to read an analog input n that has not been
activated by the MD10300 $MN_FASTIO_ANA_NUM_INPUTS.
Reaction:
Correction block is reorganized.
Interface signals are set.
Alarm display.
Remedy:
Please inform the authorized personnel/service department. Modify part program or machine data accordingly.
Program
Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
Continuation:

%2 = Block number, label
%3 = No. of output
Definitions:
The programmed digital/analog output is assigned to an NC function (e.g. software cams).
Reaction:
Correction block is reorganized.
Interface signals are set.
Alarm display.
Remedy:
Please inform the authorized personnel/service department. Use another output or deactivate concurrent NC function
via MD.
Program
Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
Continuation:

[Channel %1: ] Block %2 maximum of %3 NCK outputs programmable in the block
Parameters:
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
%3 = Quantity
Definitions:
No more than the specified number of outputs may be programmed in an NC block.
The quantity of hardware outputs is defined in the MDs:
MD10360 $MN_FASTIO_DIG_NUM_OUTPUTS and
MD10310 $MN_FASTIO_ANA_NUM_OUTPUTS
Reaction:
Correction block is reorganized.
Interface signals are set.
Alarm display.
Remedy:
Program fewer digital/analog outputs in a block. The specified maximum number applies in each case separately for
analog or digital outputs. If necessary, program two NC blocks.

Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
