Definitions:
In modal motion synchronous actions an illegal ID number has been assigned.
Reaction:
Interpreter stop
NC Start disable in this channel.
Interface signals are set.
Alarm display.
Remedy:
Modify part program.
Program
Clear alarm with the RESET key. Restart part program
