The following is a step-by-step procedure to properly configure the SUMMIT 12000 so the
probesites KITE project executes successfully.

The following configuration is accomplished using Nucleus UI on the probe station
PC.
Edit and open a wafer map file as described in
Create a site definition and define a probe list
The following configuration is accomplished using the 4200-SCS computer.
From the Tools menu (on Keithley CONfiguration Utility window), click Add External
Instrument Probe Station
Select the cascade prober as the model
Positioners is correct.
The number of pins defined in the probe station properties determines the pins that
are available to assign to a switch matrix card column. Make sure the number of pins
assigned is appropriate for your system.
Save the configuration from the File menu
Exit KCON.
