Probesites KITE project example
The following is a step-by-step procedure to properly configure the manual prober so the
probesites Keithley Interactive Test Environment (KITE) project executes successfully. The user
is responsible for the probe station set-up.
Keithley CONfiguration (KCON) utility
NOTE:
Use KCON to add the prober to the configuration.

From the Tools menu on the Keithley CONfiguration utility window, click Add External
Instrument > Probe Station
