Appendix J: Using a Manual or Fake Prober
Probesubsites KITE project example
The following is a step-by-step procedure to properly configure the Manual Prober so the
probesubsites KITE project executes successfully. The user is responsible for the probe station
setup.
Keithley CONfiguration (KCON) utility
Use KCON to add the prober to the configuration:

From the Tools menu on the Keithley CONfiguration utility window, click Add External
