Save the configuration from the File menu (Keithley CONfiguration utility window)
(Figure H-36).
Exit KCON.
The following configuration is accomplished using the Model 4200-SCS computer.
Load the probesites project example from KITE
a. Run KITE.
b. Select Open Project from the file menu.
c. Open the folder
c:\S4200\kiuser\Projects\_Miscellaneous\probesites
d. Select the project file probesites.kpr
