Running projects
After the wafer is set up and alignment is complete, open the File menu pull-down in the
WaferMap window and:
After saving the project, map, and table, the wafer is ready to probe. Before running the project,
place the prober in Run mode. Also, ensure that the "E" in the WaferMap toolbar is selected
