Keithley Interactive Test Environment (KITE)
Use KITE to load and run the probesubsites project using the new configuration file, which will
allow you to execute the project for this prober.

Save the configuration from the File menu (on the Keithley CONfiguration utility window)
(Figure J-13).
The following configuration is accomplished using the Model 4200-SCS computer.
Load the probesubsites project example from KITE
a. Run KITE.
b. Select Open Project from the File menu.
c. Open the folder
c:\S4200\kiuser\Projects\_Miscellaneous\probesites.
d. Select the project file probesites.kpr.
Select the top node in the ProjectView tab of the Project Navigator window.
Click the green Run button.
