Appendix I: Micromanipulator 8860 Prober
KCON
Use KCON to add the prober to the 4200-SCS configuration:
NOTE:
1. From the Tools menu (on the Keithley CONfiguration Utility window), click Add External
Instrument > Probe Station

3. Ensure that the Number of Pins / Positioners is correct.
