1 Is the separation pad deformed or
worn?
Checks
1 Turn off the power while copy
paper is moving through the
feeding assembly. At the time, is
wrinkling noted? Or, is the paper
moving askew?
2 Try fresh paper. Is the problem
corrected?
3 Is Canon-recommended paper
used?
4 Is the paper guide soiled with
toner or the like?
5 Is the lower roller pressure (nip)
within specification?

pad, and try replacing
