ALTERNATOR INSPECTION

ALTERNATOR ROTOR
Check the pulser plate for deformation and damage.
Replace the pulser plate with a new one if necessary.
ALTERNATOR STATOR
Measure the resistance between the following
terminals.
Between No.1 and No.2 terminals
Between No.1 and No.3 terminals
Between No.2 and No.3 terminals

REGULATOR/RECTIFIER INSPECTION

Check for continuity between the terminals listed below.
Resistance (Ω)
If the measurements are outside the specification,
replace the regulator/rectifier.
