Hold the cylinder with a vise (page 18-25).
Make sure that piston rod A [1] is in the fully extended
position.
Set the special tool on the cylinder cap [2] as shown,
and remove piston rod A.
TOOL:
Pin wrench, 6 mm [3]
Remove piston rod A [1] from the cylinder [2].
Remove the two O-rings [3] from the cylinder cap [4].
Remove the free piston [1], backup ring [2], and O-ring
[3] from the cylinder [4].
Check the sliding surface of the free piston for wear and
damage and replace if necessary.
