Remove the bolt/washer [1] from the electronic parts
case.
Remove the bolt/washer [1] from the silencer case.
Remove the ten bolts (6 x 28 mm) [1], three bolts (6 x
22 mm) [2], bolt (6 x 40 mm) [3], and two special bolts
(6 x 31 mm) [4] from the chain case. Remove the chain
case [5] from the outboard motor.
Remove the two alternator cover grommets [6] from the
chain case.
