Oil Pump Disassembly/Assembly - TOHATSU BFT75A Service Manual

LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Install a new O-ring [1] on the oil pump [2].
Install the oil pump on the cylinder head by aligning the
oil pump shaft [3] with the socket of the cam pulser
plate bolt [4].
Tighten the two bolts (8 x 60 mm) [1] and two bolts (8 x
40 mm) [2] securely.
Install the cylinder head on the out board motor (page
14-20).
