Matrix(rw)->set port lacp ge.3.16 aadminkey 3555

Sets a port's partner LACP administrative state. See
aadminstate for valid options.
(Optional) Enables LACPDU processing on this port.
(Optional) Disables LACPDU processing on this port.
At least one parameter must be entered per port-string.
If enable or disable are not specified, port(s) will be enabled with the LACP
parameters entered.
