Usage To configure a COMMUNITY attribute, use the set community command in
Information ROUTE-MAP mode.
Before using this command, you must execute the clear ip bgp command.

neighbor shutdown

Disable a BGP neighbor or peer group.

Syntax
neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} shutdown
To enable a disabled neighbor or peer group, use the neighbor {ip-address |
peer-group-name} no shutdown command.

Defaults Enabled (that is, BGP neighbors and peer groups are disabled.)
