You need the base components on every PC with CIE components.

Base components include the following.
• Branding client DLLs
• OmniOrb client DLLs
• Encryption client DLLs
Installation
To install the base components, follow these steps.
1. The guided installation is started. Select Base Components.
2. Click Install. The Welcome dialog opens.
3. Click Next. The End User License Agreement dialog opens.
4. Select
5. Click Next. The Ready to Install dialog opens.
6. Click Install. The Installing Base Components dialog opens. The installation takes about a minute.
The files are copied to c:\Program Files\Common Files\Base Components.
7. Click Finish to complete the installation.
