Explanation
You usually use the default setting Local. The database is
on the same PC.
If the database is running on a different PC, select Remote.
Explanation
Enter the user name. As a general rule, use the user sa.
Enter the password.
Repeat the password.
Explanation
Shows the host name of the license server. The required
licenses for UMR are allocated from this license server.
