Description
This parameter specifies the BGP admin status. Using this, the protocol
can be enabled/disabled in the switch.
This parameter specifies the autonomous system to which the switch is
connected, which is a read-only field.
The synchronization between IGP and BGP can be ensured by enabling
this field.
This parameter represents the policy for handling overlapping routes.
When an overlapping route is received, depending upon the configured
policy, either the less-specific routes or most-specific routes or both are
installed in the RIB tree.
This parameter sets a preference value for the autonomous system path.
You can choose to advertise even the external non-BGP routes by
enabling this feature.
By enabling this feature, you can choose to always compare the MED
values of paths from different neighbors for the same prefix, for choosing
the best path.
