9-1-1. Replacing the Mechanical Valve (Optional Replacement Table)

1) Turn OFF the compressed air to the machine main unit.
2) Disconnect the air tubes from the elbow union.
3) Remove the mounting screws to detach the valve from the bracket.
4) Attach the elbow union and silencer on a new valve and secure them to the bracket with the
mounting screws.
5) Turn ON the compressed air to the machine main unit.
6) When the mechanical valve for the drive cylinder up/down that is mounted on the support
cylinder on the FL and RR sides for the M and L specifications has been replaced, adjust the
position so that the lever of the mechanical valve is pushed to move up the drive cylinder as
the mechanical cart is set.
