3) Replace
with a new one.
Reassemble the squeegee so that it is in
contact with the pan.
Put a paper sheet between the squeeze and
pan to check that there is any catching feeling
when pulling the paper sheet during
reassembly.
∗ Do not apply any excessive load to the
squeegee when putting it in contact with the
pan. Otherwise, the squeegee may break.
4) After the replacement has been completed, mount ② on the rotary solder transfer unit in the
reverse order of disassembly.
