19-1. Replacing the CONTACT SUB UNIT

1) When the mounter has the L-specification rear reference or the mounter is equipped with the
fluxer unit or MTC, the CVS unit needs to be detached in order to replace the CONTACT SUB
UNIT.
In other cases, replace the CONTACT SUB UNIT without detaching of the CSV unit.
To detach the CVS unit, disconnect the
cables (2 pcs.) and remove the M6
screws (3 locations).

2) Remove the M3 flat head screws to detach the CVS_COVER.
Maintenance Guide
To prevent any trouble caused by accidental machine start, always
shut-down the power before starting the maintenance and
adjustment work.
