5-12. Replacing the Pressure Reducing Valve

Disconnect the piping tube and remove the mounting screw (SL6041092TN)
pressure reducing valve
Pressure must be adjusted as follow.
Y pusher: 0.50 MPa ( ± 0.05 MPa)
∗ Before starting the production, change and/or adjust the pusher pressure according to the
PWB thickness.
