2) Replace the O-ring S-67 in the upper part of the cup packing cylinder with a new one.

∗ Install the cover according to the procedure for replacing the gasket. To replace other
consumables, do not close the cover but refer to the item of replacing each portion.
Replacing the O-ring P-10
1) Remove the pump head cover and the pump head plate according to the same procedure
as replacing the gasket.
2) Install the O-ring P-10 on the coupling pipe connected with the pump head cover. Make
sure in advance that vacuum grease is already applied onto the O-ring to be installed.
3) Replace the O-ring taking care not to damage the O-ring when inserting the coupling pipe.
