Sets availability of NFC counter password restriction.
Valid range: 0 or 1
0: disabled (password not valid)
1: enabled (password is valid)
Sets the address to the block that requires password
check.
Valid range: 0-255, 3-digit decimal
A parameter error will occur if a value exceeding
specified inlet capacity is specified.
