Remedial action
Check the connector connections between the reader and ADF.
Check the cable connections. Replace the finisher controller PCB. Replace
the DC controller PCB.

controller PCB.

In the service mode, clear the error by selecting COPIER > FUNCTION >
CLEAR > ERR.
