Select flood and click Apply to have the MSC forward all IPv4 and IPv6 unknown multicast

packets to all ports.

Select discard and click Apply to drop all IPv4 and IPv6 unknown multicast packets.

The reserved group here means IPv4 multicast group packets with the IP addresses from

224.0.0.1 to 224.0.0.254.

Select flood and click Apply to have the MSC forward all reserved group packets to all ports.

Select discard and click Apply to drop all reserved group packets.

Select flood and click Apply to have the MSC forward all IPv6 multicast packets to all ports.

Select discard and click Apply to drop all IPv6 multicast packets.

Select disable and click Apply to have the MSC handle IPv6 multicast packets depending on the

settings configured in the Unknown field above or in the Multicast > Static MAC Multicast
