19.13.5 acl ouifilter show Command

Syntax:
acl ouifilter show <slot>|<slot-port>
This command displays the OUI filtering status (V for enabled, - for disabled) and the OUI value(s)
of the MAC address on a line card's specified DSL port(s) or on all of the line card's DSL ports if no
port is specified. The following example displays the OUI filter setting of port 1 on the line card in
slot 3.

Use the following packet filter commands to filter out specific types of packets on specific ports.
19.14.1 acl pktfilter set Command
Syntax:
acl pktfilter set <slot-port>|<slot-port-vpi/vci> <type>

Accept all packet types.
accept-all:
Accept only PPPoE packets and reject all other packet types. (Point-
pppoe-only:
to-Point Protocol over Ethernet) relies on PPP and Ethernet. PPPoE is a specification
for connecting the users on an Ethernet to the Internet through a common
broadband medium, such as a single DSL line, wireless device or cable modem.
Alternatively, you can have the system reject any combination of the following
packet types (separated by a space).
Reject IP packets. Internet Protocol. The underlying protocol for routing
ip:
packets on the Internet and other TCP/IP-based networks.
Reject ARP packets. Address Resolution Protocol is a protocol for mapping an
arp:
Internet Protocol address (IP address) to a physical computer address that is
recognized in the local network.
Reject DHCP packets. Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol automatically
dhcp:
assigns IP addresses to clients when they log on. DHCP centralizes IP address
management on central computers that run the DHCP server program. DHCP leases
addresses, for a period of time, which means that past addresses are "recycled" and
made available for future reassignment to other systems.
Reject EAPol packets. EAP (Extensible Authentication Protocol, RFC 2486)
eapol:
over LAN. EAP is used with IEEE 802.1x to allow additional authentication methods
(besides RADIUS) to be deployed with no changes to the access point or the wireless
clients.
Reject PPPoE packets.
