Alarm Meaning
The setting of Pn520 (Excessive Position
Deviation Alarm Level) was exceeded by
the position deviation while the servo was
ON.
The servo was turned ON after the posi-
tion deviation exceeded the setting of
Pn526 (Excessive Position Deviation
Alarm Level at Servo ON) while the servo
was OFF.
If position deviation remains in the devia-
tion counter, the setting of Pn529 or
Pn584 (Speed Limit Level at Servo ON)
limits the speed when the servo is turned
ON. This alarm occurs if a position refer-
ence is input and the setting of Pn520
(Excessive Position Deviation Alarm Level)
is exceeded before the limit is cleared.
There was too much position deviation
between the motor and load during fully-
closed loop control.
The position feedback data exceeded
±1,879,048,192.
Detection of the safety option module
failed.
Detection of the Feedback Option Mod-
ule failed.
An unsupported safety option module
was connected.
An unsupported feedback option module
was connected.
An error occurred in the input timing of
the safety function signal.
An error occurred in the gate drive circuit.
An error occurred in the gate drive circuit.
An alarm occurred in the INDEXER.
The voltage was low for more than one
second for phase R, S, or T when the
main power supply was ON.
The Servomotor did not operate or power
was not supplied to the Servomotor even
though the /S-ON signal was input when
the Servomotor was ready to receive it.
An internal program error occurred in the
SERVOPACK.
Communications were not possible
between the Digital Operator (model:
JUSP-OP05A-1-E) and the SERVOPACK
(e.g., a CPU error occurred).
