Alarm Meaning
Detection of the safety option module
failed.
Detection of the Feedback Option Mod-
ule failed.
An unsupported command option mod-
ule was connected.
An unsupported safety option module
was connected.
An unsupported feedback option module
was connected.
The command option module was
replaced with a different model.
An error occurred in communications
between the INDEXER Module and SER-
VOPACK during operation.
An error occurred in communications
between the INDEXER Module and SER-
VOPACK during operation.
An error occurred in the input timing of
the safety function signal.
An error occurred in the gate drive circuit.
An error occurred in the gate drive circuit.
Processing of command from the com-
