Alarm Meaning
Internal program error 7 occurred in the SERVO-
PACK.
Internal program error 8 occurred in the SERVO-
PACK.
The multiturn data for the absolute encoder was
not correctly cleared or set.
Communications between the encoder and SER-
VOPACK is not possible.
An error occurred in calculating the position data
of the encoder.
An error occurred in the communications timer
between the encoder and SERVOPACK.
The parameters in the encoder are corrupted.
The contents of communications with the
encoder are incorrect.
Different multiturn limits have been set in the
encoder and the SERVOPACK.
Receiving data from the Feedback Option Mod-
ule failed.
An error occurred in the timer for communica-
tions with the Feedback Option Module.
The setting of Pn520 (Excessive Position Devia-
tion Alarm Level) was exceeded by the position
deviation while the servo was ON.
The servo was turned ON after the position devi-
ation exceeded the setting of Pn526 (Excessive
Position Deviation Alarm Level at Servo ON) while
the servo was OFF.
If position deviation remains in the deviation
counter, the setting of Pn529 or Pn584 (Speed
Limit Level at Servo ON) limits the speed when
the servo is turned ON. This alarm occurs if a
position reference is input and the setting of
Pn520 (Excessive Position Deviation Alarm Level)
is exceeded before the limit is cleared.
There was too much position deviation between
the motor and load during fully-closed loop con-
trol.
The position feedback data exceeded
±1,879,048,192.
A synchronization error occurred during
MECHATROLINK communications with the SER-
VOPACK.
The setting of the MECHATROLINK communica-
tions transmission cycle is not correct.
A synchronization error occurred during
MECHATROLINK communications.
