FRONT WH EEL/ SUSP ENSION/STEERING
Install th e right handlebar switch/throttle housing by
aligning its locating pin with the hole in the handlebar.
Apply grease to the throttle cable ends.
Connect the throttl e cables to the throttle grip.
Tighten the forward screw first, then the rear screw.
Install the gr ip end (page 13-71.
Adjust the throttle Iree play by turning the adjuster
and tighten the lock nut .
Recheck the throttle operation (page 3-41 .
Install the master cylinder by aligning the end
of the master cylinder w ith the punch ma rk on the
handlebar.
Install the master cylinder holder w ith the "UP" ma rk
facing up.
lighten t he upper bolt f irst, then tighten the lower bolt.
