CYLINDER HEAD ASSEMBLY
Inst all the tappet hole protector into the valve lifter
bore .
Blow through all o il passages in the cyl inder head
w it h comp ressed ai r.

Grease the
cotters to ease
installation.

Insta ll the va lve sp ring seat s.
Install the new stem seals.
Lubr icat e the va lve stems with molybdenum
o il so lution.
Insert the valve into the valve guide while turning it
slowly to avoid damage to the stem seal.
