CLUTCH/GEARSHIFT LINKAGE
Clutch out er/clutch outer gui de
Check the slots
of the clutch outer for damage or wear
caused by the clutch discs.
Re place
if
necessary.
Measure the
0.0.
and 1.0. of the clutch outer guide.
SERVICE LIMI TS:
0 .0 .: 34.97 mm (1.377 in)
1 .0.: 25.01 mm (0.985 in)
Mainshaft
Measure the mainshaft 0 .0.
at the clutch outer guide
sliding surface .
SERVICE LIMI T: 24 .96 mm (0.983 in)
CLUTCH OUTER
Press the needle bearing out of the clutch outer using
the special tools .
CLUTCH OUTER NEEDLE BEARING
REPLACEM ENT
