CYLINDER HEAD/VALVES
Once the clearance is within 2 - 3 mm, begin tighten-
ing ail the bolts in numerical order 1#1, #2, #3....#20)
1/4 turn at a time until the holder is fully seated
against the cylinder head.
TORQU E: 12 N'm 11 .2 kgf'm, 9 Ibfoft)
Install the cam chain guide B, and tighten the bolts.
In case the cam sprockets were removed, tighten the
cam sprocket bolts to the specified torque.
TORQU E: 20 N'm (2.0 kgf'm, 14 Ibfoft)
Turn the crankshaft clockwise one full turn (360") and
tighten the other cam sprocket bolts.
In case the cam pulse generator rotor bolts were
removed, tighten the rotor bolts to the specified
torque .
TORQUE: 12 N'm 11 .2 kqt-m, 9 Ibfoft)
