Coat the new pisto n sea l w it h clean brake f luid .
Coat th e new dust sea l w it h silico ne g rease.
In stall the pisto n seal and du st seal into the g roove of
t he cali pe r body.
Co at the ca lip er pis to n with clean bra ke fl uid and
in sta ll it int o the ca liper cylinder w ith it s o pe nin g end
to w ard th e pa d.
If th e ca liper and bracket pin bo ot s ar e har d or de te ri -
o rate d, repla ce them with new ones .
Ap p ly si licone grease to the in sid e o f th e br acket pi n
boot.
Inst all th e bra cket pin b oot and co lla r into th e ca liper.

App ly sil ico n e grease to the ca liper pin and in sta ll th e
ca lipe r body to the br acket.
Inst all the pad spr ing in to t he ca li per bra cket .
Install th e ca liper bra cket b olt and brake pa ds
