FRONT WH EEL/ SUSPENSION/STEERING
FORK
With the front brake applied, pump the fo rk up and
down seve ral times to seat the axle and check brake
operation by applying the brake lever.
Tighten the left axle pinch bolts to the specified
torq ue.
TORQUE : 22 N'm 1 2.2 k gf'm, 16 Ibf.ftl
Check the clearance between the brake disc and
caliper bracket on each side after installation.
The clearance should be at least 0.7 mm 10.03 in) .
REMOVAL
Remo ve the following:
- Front wheellpage 13-10)
- Fron t fende r (page 2-3)
