Remove the gearshift arm pinch bolt. then remove the
ge arshift ar m f rom t he gear shi ft spin dle.
Support the engin e u sing a jack or oth er ad justable
support t o ease engi ne ha nger bolts rem oval.
NOTE:
Do not support t he eng ine at th e o il f ilter.
Rem ov e the bolts and wa ter by-pass cove r.
Rem ove the right side of the f ro nt eng in e hange r bol t,
nut and dista nce collar.
Rem ov e t he left side of the front engine hanger bolt,
nu t and distance co llar.
Remove t he rear up per and lower engine hanger
bo lts
Inuts.
Rem ove the engine.
