COOLING SYSTEM
INSTALLATION
Inst all the radiat or assembly, align in g its gro m m et
wit h t he frame b oss.
Install th e washe r and upper mounting bolt, the n
tighten the bolt.
Install the radiator lower mounting bolt/nut, tighten
the nut securely.
Con nect the upper rad iator hose and tig ht en hose
band screw sec urely .
Connect the lower radiator hose and t ighten ho se
band screw secu rely.
Con nect t he fa n moto r 2P co nnector.
Fill the system with recommended coolant (page 6-5).
WATER PUMP
MECHANICAL SEAL INSPECTION
Inspect th e inspecti on hol e fo r signs of coola nt
lea kage.
If th ere is leakage, th e m echanical seal is defecti ve .
Repl ace th e w at er pu m p as an asse mb ly.
