FUEL SYSTEM (Programmed Fuel Injection )
PGM -FI MIL 2 BLINKS (MAP SENSOR)
Turn th e ignition switc h OFF.
•
Disconn ect th e vac uum tube fr om the M AP
se nso r.
Co n nect th e vac u u m g a uge between the th rott le
body and the MAP se nso r using a 3-wa y j oint.
Start the engine and mea su re the manifo ld
ab solute pr essure at id le speed.
Out o f range
• Check t he tube in stallati on

Standard: 200 - 250 mm Hg
Discon nect t he vac uu m ga uge and co nnect th e
tu be t o th e M AP senso r.
MAP SENSOR
CONNECTOR
Disconn ect th e ECM connect ors.
Co nnect the test harness to the ECM connector.
