HYDRAULIC BRAKE
App ly silicone grease to th e boot inside.
Insta ll the boot .
Install th e push rod into t he master cylinde r.
Install the snap ring . Be certain the
snap ring is firmly
seared in the
groove.
TOOL:
Snap ring pliers 07914-SA50001

Ap ply bra ke fluid to a new O·ring and insta ll
it
o nto
the reservoir joint .
Install the reservoir joint into the mas te r cylind er.
Insta ll and tig hten the screw securely.
Con nect the reservoir hose to the rese rvoir jo int .

leng th as shown .
Afte r adjustme nt. tig hten th e lock nut to t he specified
tor q ue.
