FUEL SYSTEM (Prog rammed Fuel Injection)
PGM -FI M IL 8 BLINKS (TP SENSOR)
Turn the ign ition switch OFF.
Disconne ct t he TP sen so r 3P co nnect or.
Check f or loose o r poor contact o n the TP sen-
sor co nnecto r.

Connect the TP sensor connecto r.
Place the motorcycle on its side sta nd .
St art t he engine and check tha t the M IL blinks.
• Loose or poor co nt act on t he TP sensor co nnector

Turn the ig niti o n switch OFF.
Disconnect t he TP senso r 3P co nnecto r.
Turn th e ig niti on sw itch ON.
M easure the vo ltage between th e w ire harness
side connector t erm in al and ground.
Connection: Yellow/Red
(+) -
Ground H
Standard: 4.75 - 5.25 V
Voltage exists
